Temperature often has an affect on how much solute will ultimately dissolve in a given amount of solvent. Does it also affect how fast a given amount of solute will dissolve?
In film 1, a 3.5 g cube of sugar is added to 180. ml of water at 17.3oC. The temperature of the water in film 2 is about 75 oC. Time each reaction to note the effect upon the rate.
